Bok Choy

Bok Choy has a fantastic list of nutrients that help promote bone health that includes iron, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and Vitamin K which is bone building. Also, Bok Choy is a healthy alternative for those that eat a dairy free diet for getting the RDA of calcium and preventing calcium deficiency. Bok Choy also contains Brassinin, which is shown in multiple studies to help aid in the body's fight against cancer.
